Loyalty program apps for small business, with the prices in the open

Most loyalty comparisons hide the number behind a demo request. These are the entry paid tiers as published on each vendor's own pricing page, checked in August 2026.

Short answer

For a single-location small business, entry pricing runs from $10/month (Bioflow) to $25 (Loopy Loyalty), $45 per location (Square Loyalty, which requires Square POS) and $49 (Stamp Me). The deciding factors are usually not price but whether your customers must install an app and whether the platform is locked to a point-of-sale you do not own.

Three questions that matter more than price

Does the customer have to install an app? If yes, expect most of them to decline at a counter with a queue behind them. This kills more programs than pricing does.

Does it require a specific POS? Square Loyalty is the most accurate option here because it ties the reward to the actual transaction — and it is unusable unless you run Square. If you take cash and transfers as often as cards, that is a large amount of infrastructure to adopt for a stamp card.

What happens to your customer list if you leave? Ask before you start, not after you have two thousand members.

Reading the price ladders honestly

Loopy Loyalty's $25 Starter allows one card design and one location. Stamp Me's $49 Lite is a limited-time price against a $100 regular rate. Square is $45 per location with no volume discount, so three sites is $135.

Bioflow is $10/month flat and includes the link-in-bio side, which none of the others have. The trade-off is that it does not issue Apple or Google Wallet passes — the specialists do.

What a free tier is actually good for

Testing whether your regulars engage at all. Loyalty vendors publish ROI multiples that assume the program causes visits; in practice most of the lift is pulling forward visits that would have happened anyway.

Run the mechanic cheaply for a quarter and watch repeat-visit frequency, not enrolment count. Enrolments flatter every program ever built.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest loyalty program app for a small business?

Of the platforms compared here, Bioflow at $10/month, which also includes a link-in-bio page. Among the dedicated loyalty specialists, Loopy Loyalty's $25 Starter is the lowest entry price, limited to one card design and one location.

Do I need a POS system to run a loyalty program?

Only if you choose a POS-integrated one. Square Loyalty requires Square. QR-based platforms run entirely from a phone on both sides, at the cost of a manual scan per visit.

Are these prices per location?

Square Loyalty is explicitly $45 per location with no volume discount. Loopy Loyalty and Stamp Me gate locations by tier instead. Check the ladder, not just the headline number, if you run more than one site.
