Switching guide

Switching from Loopy Loyalty

Currently on: Loopy Loyalty · Starter $25 · Growth $69 · Ultimate $95

Loopy Loyalty starts at $25/month for one card design and one location. The usual reasons to leave are price and wanting the link-in-bio side in the same account.

Short answer

You can move a live program without resetting anyone: customers re-enrol by scanning your new Bioflow QR, then you set each one's existing stamp count using the member adjust action. That is manual, one customer at a time, so it is realistic for a few dozen members and painful for hundreds. You also lose Apple and Google Wallet passes, which Loopy Loyalty issues and Bioflow does not.

What moves, and how

Nothing is imported automatically

Bioflow has no CSV import, no scraper and no bulk link creation. Everything below is manual. For a typical bio page that is about ten minutes of typing.

Customer stamp balances

Preserved manually. The customer joins your Bioflow program, then you open their member record and adjust their balance to match the old card. Nobody loses progress, but nobody is migrated in bulk either.

Your program rules

Rebuilt in about two minutes — a name, a stamp goal and a reward.

What you give up

Listed because a switching guide that only sells the upside is how people end up back where they started, annoyed.

  • Loopy Loyalty issues native Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes with lock-screen notifications. Bioflow's cards are web-based and do not. If push reminders are central to your program, stay.
  • Re-enrolment means asking every active member to scan again. Expect to lose the ones who were barely engaged.
  • There is no bulk migration path. Balance transfer is per customer, by hand.

The move, step by step

  1. 1

    Export your member list first

Take names and current stamp counts out of Loopy Loyalty while you still have access.

  2. 2

    Create your Bioflow program

Pro, $10/month. Set the same goal and reward so nothing changes for the customer.

  3. 3

Run both for a few weeks

Enrol customers into Bioflow as they visit, rather than asking everyone at once.

  4. 4

    Adjust each balance on enrolment

As each member joins, set their stamp count to match your exported list. One action per customer.

  5. 5

Close the old program once traffic dries up

Keep it open long enough for infrequent regulars to come back.

Frequently asked questions

Will my customers lose their stamps?

Not if you carry the balances over. They re-enrol and you set their count to match the old card using the member adjust action. It is manual per customer, so plan for it.

Can I bulk-import my Loopy Loyalty members?

No. Bioflow has no member import. For a program with a few dozen members that is manageable during normal visits; for hundreds it is real work worth weighing before you commit.

Do I lose Apple Wallet cards?

Yes. Loopy Loyalty issues wallet passes and Bioflow does not — its cards open in the browser. That is a genuine downgrade in notification reach and we would rather flag it than have you find out later.

What do I gain?

$10/month instead of $25, no cap on card designs or locations, and a link-in-bio page in the same account — which Loopy Loyalty does not offer at all.

Move without resetting your regulars

Carry balances across as customers re-enrol.
