Free QR code generator
Most free QR generators route the code through their own redirect, which means they can disable it later — and many do, after a trial. This one encodes your URL directly, in your browser.
Generated in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and the code points straight at your URL — there is no redirect of ours in the middle that could stop working later.
This is a static code: the destination is baked in and cannot be changed after printing. If the destination might change, point it at a page you control and edit that page instead.
Enter a URL to generate a code
- Runs entirely in your browser. The URL is never uploaded.
- The code points straight at your URL with no redirect in the middle, so nothing we do can break it later.
- That also makes it static: the destination cannot be changed after printing. If it might change, point it at a page you control and edit the page instead.
Frequently asked questions
Does this QR code expire?
No. It encodes your URL directly rather than routing through a service we run, so there is nothing on our side that can be switched off. That is the trade-off for it being static.
Can I change where it points after printing?
Not for the code itself — the destination is baked into the pattern. The way around it is to encode a URL you control, such as your Bioflow page, and change what that page links to.
PNG or SVG?
SVG for anything printed at size — signage, posters, vinyl — because it stays sharp at any scale. PNG for screens and quick use.
Is there a watermark or a limit?
Neither. No account, no watermark, no cap on how many you generate.
