A stamp card for the drop-in student, not the member
Members are already committed. The stamp card is for the drop-in who has been to four classes and has not decided whether this is their studio yet.

Aimed at the gap before commitment
Ten classes, one free
At two classes a week that is five weeks — long enough to build the habit that turns a drop-in into a member.
Scan at the door
Front desk scans as students arrive. No sign-in sheet, no punch card in a gym bag.
Do not compete with your own membership
Keep the card for drop-ins and class packs. If members earn stamps too, you are discounting the revenue you most want to protect.
Your schedule link too
Bioflow is your link in bio — timetable, booking system, teacher bios, Instagram. One link on every profile.
How it works
Create your program
Set a name, a stamp goal, and a reward. Takes 2 minutes.
Customers join via your profile
They scan the enrollment QR on your Bioflow link. No app needed.

Frequently asked questions
Should members earn stamps as well?
Usually not. Members already pay for unlimited access, so stamps just hand back margin. Keep the card for drop-ins and class packs where it changes behaviour.
How many classes should the goal be?
Ten is standard. At two a week that is about five weeks, which is roughly how long a new habit takes to hold.
Do students need to install anything?
No. They join from your Bioflow page and their card opens in a browser.
Can teachers scan, or only the front desk?
Anyone with access can scan from their own phone, so it works for studios without a staffed desk.
