How does a car wash loyalty program work?

Set a goal (e.g. 9 washes) and a reward (e.g. 10th wash free). Show your enrollment QR at the bay or kiosk. Scan each customer's QR per wash to add a stamp. At the goal they redeem a free wash.

Do customers need an app?

No. Customers show their Bioflow profile QR from any browser. New customers join with just an email at your enrollment QR — fast, even with the engine running.

Can I run different tiers, like basic vs premium wash?

Yes. Create separate programs — a basic wash card, a premium detail card, a monthly regulars reward. Each program has its own enrollment QR and stamp counter.
